At House of Soundarya, each product is lovingly handcrafted with the finest Ayurvedic ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and the hygiene standards we maintain, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product is delivered.

Exceptions
However, in the rare event that:
• You receive a wrong item
• Your order arrives damaged
• An item is missing from your package

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order at service@houseofsoundarya.com with:
• Your order ID
• Unboxing video or photo proof
• A clear description of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or credit note, as deemed appropriate. No requests will be entertained after the 48-hour window.

Note
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Products that have been opened or used
• Minor variations in texture, fragrance, or color, as these are natural and batch-specific
• Claims made after the 48-hour return window
